Approach
Well Work 360’s mission is to empower healthier organisations. It takes a 360° approach to workplace health and wellbeing and recognises that it exists at an individual, work, team, and organisation level. It creates bespoke strategies for organisations looking to improve the health and wellbeing of their employees. This is done by using the Well Work 360 Indicator Tool©, which combines evidence based measures with employee feedback to guide the next steps of your wellbeing strategy. The goal is to empower employees, managers and leaders with the education and tools needed for them to create a healthy work environment. Regardless of the size of your organisation or team, it can provide cost effective strategies that focus on proactively creating a culture of health.

I am delighted to announce a collaboration between Well Work 360 and CFI Training to create a 1 day training programme for managers and leaders to strategically manage work-related stress. This course will provide participants with strategies to develop manager's and leader's abilities to minimise stress and create a culture of health in their workplace. It will explore practical approaches to understanding and navigating stress so that you can take care of both yourself, your team and your organisation. Check out our event page for more information or contact me directly to inquire about organising this training event for your organisation.
